At DL Link, it's more than just a race- it's a chance to achieve something great! Through commitment and endurance, our participants train to get the finish line with the name of a Warrior in their hearts and on their shirts. These events bring inspiration to DL Link families as well as raise much needed funds to continue providing valuable lifestyle support.

So many of us take our health for granted. We wake up and face the day without realising that there are so many people out there facing daily struggles with their heath. Realising how much the DL Link helps so many people with Cancer makes me appreciate just how grateful I should be, to be able to have the health and ability to ride which is such a passion of mine. The physical endurance that one faces while training for this 94.7 race can never match the level that those Warriors face while receiving their cancer treatments. The emotion and physical pain, and debilitating levels of exhaustion that they must face while fighting like a true Warriors is of the highest level of respect I can have for them! I feel truly honoured to be able to ride on behalf of one of those Warriors, and my hope and prayer is that they should beat the odds, destroy the cancer, so that they too can one day be well enough to ride with us all in the 94.7 cycle race. Well done to the team at the DL Link for all they do for these Warriors!! May they always be there to continue being a shining light of comfort, hope and peace to those in need!
